I Attacks, Rawr

I made this after I got so angry at the Professional Regulation Commission here in the Philippines. It's the agency that handles all things related to professionals such as teachers, nurses, engineers and lawyers.

They don't hire a lot of nice people and when we, professionals, talk to them to inquire about guidelines and processes, they answer us in obviously irritated tones and often give out incorrect information. I hate to generalize all PRC employees but I haven't had a good experience with them since 2007. They have been very baaaaad.

So stomp stomp!
